Para iade politikası
30 günlük iade politikamız olduğundan ürününüzü aldıktan sonra iade talebinde bulunmak için 30 gününüz vardır.
İade edebilmeniz için, ürününüzün size ulaştığı zamanki durumunda, yani giyilmemiş veya kullanılmamış olması, etiketli ve orijinal ambalajında olması gerekir. Ayrıca, makbuza veya satın alma belgesine sahip olmanız gerekir.

İadeniz kabul edilirse size bir iade kargo etiketi ve paketinizi nasıl ve nereye göndereceğinize dair talimatlar göndeririz. İade talebinde bulunulmadan tarafımıza gönderilen ürünler kabul edilmeyecektir.

Hasarlar ve sorunlar
Lütfen siparişinizi teslim aldığınızda inceleyin ve ürün kusurluysa, hasarlıysa veya elinize yanlış bir ürün ulaştıysa hemen bizimle iletişime geçin. Böylece sorunu değerlendirip düzeltebiliriz.
İstisnalar/iade edilemeyen ürünler
Bozulabilir ürünler (ör. yiyecek, çiçek veya bitki), özel ürünler (ör. özel siparişler veya kişiselleştirilmiş ürünler) ve kişisel bakım ürünleri (ör. güzellik ürünleri) gibi bazı ürün türleri iade edilemez. Ayrıca tehlikeli maddeler, yanıcı sıvılar veya gazlar için iade kabul etmiyoruz. Belirli bir ürünle ilgili sorularınız veya endişeleriniz olması halinde lütfen bizimle iletişime geçin.
Ne yazık ki indirimdeki ürünler ve hediye kartları için iade kabul edemiyoruz.
Değişimler
İstediğiniz ürüne ulaşmanın en hızlı yolu, sahip olduğunuz ürünü iade etmek ve iade kabul edildikten sonra yeni ürün için ayrı bir satın alma işlemi yapmaktır.
Avrupa Birliği'ndeki 14 günlük cayma süresi
Yukarıda belirtilenlere karşın, ürünün Avrupa Birliği'ne gönderilmesi durumunda siparişinizi herhangi bir nedenle ve herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeksizin 14 gün içinde iptal veya iade etme hakkınız vardır. Yukarıda da belirtildiği gibi, ürününüzün size ulaştığı zamanki durumunda, yani giyilmemiş veya kullanılmamış olması, etiketli ve orijinal ambalajında olması gerekir. Ayrıca, makbuza veya satın alma belgesine sahip olmanız gerekir.
Para iadeleri
İadenizi aldıktan ve inceledikten sonra sizi bilgilendiririz ve para iadesi talebinizin onaylanıp onaylanmadığını size bildiririz. Talebinizin kabul edilmesi halinde 10 iş günü içerisinde, orijinal ödeme yönteminize otomatik olarak para iadesi yapılır. Bankanızın veya kredi kartı şirketinizin para iadesini işlemesinin ve göndermesinin de biraz zaman alabileceğini lütfen unutmayın.

Since we have a 30-day return policy, you have 30 days from receiving your product to request a return.
In order to return the product, it must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you, meaning it must be unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please check your order when you receive delivery and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This way we can evaluate the issue and fix it.
Exceptions/non-refundable items
Perishable products (ex. food, flowers or plants), special products (e.g. special orders or personalized products) and personal care products (e.g. some types of products, such as beauty products, are non-refundable. Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific product, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for discounted items and gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get to the product you want is to return the product you have and make a separate purchase for the new product after the return is accepted.
The 14-day withdrawal period in the European Union
Despite the above, if the product is sent to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or refund your order within 14 days for any reason and without any justification. As mentioned above, your product must be in its original condition when it reaches you, that is, it must not have been worn or used, it must be labeled and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
After we receive and review your return, we will notify you and inform you whether your refund request has been approved or not. If your request is accepted, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
